Edgerton Senior Lunch goes green for St. Patrick’s Day

The monthly Edgerton Senior Lunch and Bingo celebrated St. Patrick’s Day on March 15, a full two days earlier.

Attendees wore green and ate Irishthemed food and desserts. Price Chopper catered the corned beef and cabbage, potatoes and carrots.

“Since Covid, I appreciate this group more than ever,” Mayor Don Roberts said. “This is our community and neighbors.”

The March lunch hosted about 10 more people than the previous month. The catered lunch was also made possible by the previous month’s donations.

Senior lunches with bingo are every third Wednesday of the month.
